Holistic Fire Safety has been Silva Homes’ trusted Fire Safety Consultant since 2021, delivering comprehensive fire risk assessments and passive fire protection solutions.

Key Deliverables

• Fire Risk Assessments (2021-2024):

• Completed all T4 Fire Risk Assessments followed by T3 Assessments.

• Fire Door Inspections (2023):

• Conducted 4,224 Fire Door Inspections across Silva Homes’ housing stock.

• Covered all 300 low-rise general needs blocks and 13 higher-risk buildings.

• Fire Door Remedial Works (2024):

• Collaborated with Silva Homes’ technical and compliance teams to establish remedial strategies in the absence of planned refurbishments until 2026.

• Applied risk ratings to prioritize doors requiring urgent attention.

• Implemented BM Trada ART principles to bring doors as close to compliance as possible.

• Carried out fire door repairs and maintenance on approximately 750 fire doorsets.

• Ensured compliance with RRFSO Article 18 (Maintenance) & Article 4 (General Fire Precautions).
